Maybe, not so good

My exam today, may not have gone so well. Maybe I'll get a better mark than expected, which happens quite a lot with me.

I just started studying for tomorrow's exam, a couple of hours ago. I'm feeling kind of rushed and a little bit panicked. I need a 34% on that exam to pass the course. I think I could probably pull off a 34% without even studying. Why am I stressing so much?

Should I study more and sleep less or study less and sleep more. That's the question I'm going to have to answer in a few hours. Tomorrows exam is at 9AM.

  1. Good luck. I'm sure you don't need it and you will do just fine.
I have been following your blog because I hope to be accepted in the respiratory program this next fall.
I am also a change of career. I have been a teacher for the last 10 years and want to take a new path in life. I have a biology background, but I feel like it is going to do me little good in school once I get past A&P I and II.

  2. A Biology background will be a great help. RT is just applied Science. It's all applied Biology, Chemistry and Physics in varying degrees. If you have a background in any of those, RT concepts will make a lot more sense a lot more quickly.

A lot of Anatomy is just memorizing. Most of Physiology is understanding how things work and that's where a Science background comes in handy.

Good luck with your career change.
At this point, the only thing I miss about my old career is the income.
