Waiting to hear from the college about my admission deferral

I haven't heard back from the college yet. I still don't know if my admission deferral request has been approved. Will I be starting school in September of this year or September of next year?

I left a vmail for the Chair of the school today, that is responsible for the Respiratory Therapy Program, asking for a status update about my deferral request. I haven't heard back yet. I would really like to know when I'm going to be starting school! Not knowing for sure, is really starting to bug me. My patience is wearing thin.
