New blog name and URL

I couldn't use http://rtstudent.blogspot.com because it does not seem to be available. The new URL is now http://rtscribe.blogspot.com. I'm an avid reader of http://medicscribe.blogspot.com so I thought that doing a variation of that URL would be cool.
