How to do this without shooting myself in the foot

I'm trying to figure out how to post to this blog without getting myself into trouble. Most of what I want to write about today could get me into trouble at work.

So and so is a so and so. So and so is a moron. So and so doesn't have a clue. So and so might actually want me to drop a 20inch monitor on his head when he's not looking. Blah blah blah...

How to be nice, that is the challenge.
